This is not the least expensive adapter, but it comes from a reliable company and works. Using it for a Gateway Anykey keyboard and Logitech trackball, through a Black Box KVM to a Dell XPS 420. Just ordered another to use with a Dell Inspiron 503S through the same KVM. Will update if it has trouble.
